Sterilisation film on roll, 7.5 cm x 200 m
Sterilisation rolls can be filled and opened from 2 sides. Sealing must be carried out from both sides. Sealing temperature between 170 °C and 190 °C under a pressure of 0.5 kg/cm2 and a delay time of 3 - 5 seconds. There are 3 chemical indicators on the paper side, steam, gas, chemi-vapor: an indication of successful sterilisation in the form of discolouration. Sterilisation film is suitable for steam and/or ethylene oxide and consists of two layers. One layer consists of durable medical paper and tinted polyester/polypropylene plastic. In addition to its excellent sterilisation properties, the film is characterised by very good peelability.
