You can only answer this question with YES, because according to TRBA250, the hygiene regulations of some federal states, and other regulations, you must maintain a hygiene plan that includes work and procedural instructions for hygiene in your practice. This plan must not only be regularly reviewed by you as the practice operator and communicated to your employees, but also demonstrate qualified hygiene management to your authority during an inspection.

After we have registered you as a customer - you will receive corresponding information from us - you can sign in using the "Login to Online Hygiene Plan" button below.

We will send you a software usage agreement along with the terms and conditions and customer data information. Please return the signed contract and filled-out customer data information to us via mail, fax, or email. Once this is done, the paid contractual relationship will begin, and you will receive your login credentials via email to create your site-specific hygiene plan.

Am I tied to a specific product?

No. You can enter your disinfectants and other products yourself or choose from the already entered BAEHR range.

What happens if I change my products?

If you replace your used products, simply change the answers to the affected questions in your manual and disinfection plan and submit them for re-approval. Your contractual relationship with us remains unaffected by this, of course.

What costs will I incur?

The usage fee for the Online Hygiene Plan is €49,- net per contract year. Billing occurs every 12 months. There are no additional costs for using the hygiene plan. Even if you need to recreate the hygiene plan, for example due to a changed disinfectant, the re-approval is included in your annual fee.

How long am I contractually bound?

The minimum contractual term is 1 year. After that, termination is possible in writing up to 3 months before the end of the annual term.
