Right of withdrawal and return policy

Generally, transactions between businesses or commercial entities are exempt from the right of withdrawal and cancellation under the Distance Selling Act.

There is generally no entitlement for a business as a buyer to revoke purchase agreements or return properly delivered goods. We kindly ask you to coordinate any returns of goods with us in advance, especially in case of legitimate defects, without prejudice to your legal and/or contractual rights.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without prepaid postage, as they incur disproportionately high costs. Please contact us before returning any items; for legitimate complaints, you will receive a prepaid postage label for free return shipping via Deutsche Post DHL. Warranty claims expire after one year, unless otherwise stated in the current catalog.
