If the graphic display in your planner does not meet your expectations, you can adjust various settings in the settings menu to improve the visual quality. Please note, however, that these settings may reset automatically if your hardware performance is insufficient.
Yes, the BAEHR 3D Practice and Studio Planner is also available through the free Palette Home app for Android and iOS. For the best user experience, we recommend using a tablet. Using the planner on smartphones is possible but less convenient due to the smaller display size.

1. Install the “Palette Home” app on your device. It is available in the respective app stores for Android and iOS.

2. When starting the app for the first time, choose one of the three available profiles (e.g., Living).
3. Open the Options menu (bottom right, symbolized by three lines) and navigate to Options, then to Profile Management.
4. Enter baehr in the lower field and tap “Let’s go”.
5. For all future sessions, the app will start with this profile.
If desired, all objects can be downloaded for offline planning. In this case, an internet connection is only required to submit the contact form. To do this, tap “Download all objects” in the profile management menu.
