Disinfectant and cleaning agent ULTRA PLUS, 2000 ml

Application areas: Manual disinfection and cleaning of drills, milling cutters, diamond grinders and other rotating precision instruments.
Spectrum of action and contact times: Recommended use for instrument disinfection: Bactericidal, levurocidal, tuberculocidal, limited virucidal: undiluted 5 minutes.
Application: For non-fixing disinfectant cleaning in immersion baths and for disinfection in immersion baths. Suitable for use in ultrasonic baths.
Application description: Disinfectant cleaning using the immersion bath method: If necessary, after prior rough cleaning, place the instruments in an open state in the BAEHR disinfectant and cleaning agent for rotary instruments ULTRA PLUS working solution and clean mechanically. All surfaces and cavities must be completely wetted with the working solution. After the exposure time has elapsed, rinse thoroughly with demineralised water.
Disinfectant cleaning in an ultrasonic bath: BAEHR disinfectant and cleaning agent for rotary instruments ULTRA PLUS can be used to increase the cleaning performance in all stainless steel ultrasonic baths. The BAEHR disinfectant and cleaning agent for rotary instruments ULTRA PLUS working solution used for cleaning must be degassed before first use. Temperatures above 40 °C in the working solution should be avoided as this can lead to incrustation. After the exposure time has elapsed, rinse the medical devices thoroughly with demineralised water. Disinfection using the immersion bath method: After cleaning, place the medical devices in a second instrument tray with fresh BAEHR disinfectant and cleaning agent for rotary instruments ULTRA PLUS working solution for disinfection*. All surfaces and cavities must be completely wetted by the working solution. After the exposure time has elapsed, rinse the instruments thoroughly with deionised water and dry. Then sterilise critical instruments using a validated procedure. *For final disinfection, treat medical devices from risk class semi-critical A with a virucidal disinfectant.
Note: The BAEHR disinfectant and cleaning agent for rotating instruments ULTRA PLUS working solution used must be changed immediately if visibly soiled, but at the latest every working day.

Material compatibility: Application is not recommended for the following materials: Copper, brass, aluminium, polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polycarbonate (PC).
